My IMG only goes out three days.  It used to go out about 13 days.  Was this a Verizon change, or do I have a correctable problem with the Guide?

What happens if you go put to the 4th day? Does it ever load?

do you have this issue on more than 1 stb?

have you tried rebooting both stb and router?

I did unplug the DVR and was able to go out 2 weeks., but then my enter button would not work. I then did it again and left it unplugged longer - about 50 seconds - and it worked ok.

Thanks for the answer.

In general the amount of data that need to be loaded to display ALL channels has increased so much that they do indeed only go out 3 or 4 days.  At least that is my experience (both before and after being sold to Frontier)

It should load beyond that if you go forward, but it takes some time, and aill the data for later days disappear after awhile.
