Is FIOSTV programming from the internet still working?

On 8/13 I noticed that I could not "see" my STB either to load favorite channels or to program recordings. On 8/14, after power-cycling the STB (which usually solves these problems), I still have no STB communications. In Home Agent hangs trying to communicate with STB, so I thought that it must be my STB. I tried looking at TV listings and noticed that it takes much much longer to load program descriptions than it normally does. When I try to "manage my DVR" from the web I get - Error We are having trouble communicating to your Set Top Box Is anyone else seeing these kinds of issues? Is it an STB or Verizon web interface issue? Does Verizon know about these issues?

I have the same problem going on. I could not access my DVR from my phone and now the caller ID is not working. Tried rebooting router and boxes. There must be an issue behind the scenes but needs to get corrected.

After working with customer service via chat. I have a new router being shipped as they were not able to fix this by resetting my DVR and router.
