I turned on GET TV (464 in Prince Georges County Maryland) this evening and all they have showing for hours is a non ending promo for GRIT. I have a timer set to tape some movies from GET early tomorrow morning. If this change is occurring why wasn't it announced on the on screen messages this morning? Are we going to be subject to this same promo over and over again all weekend until GRIT premieres Monday? This is unfair that a channel change like this is given no notice, usually we have time to prepare.

Channels in the 460 range are subchannels of your local TV stations. In your area, it's operated by WFDC in Washington, DC. Verizon carries the programming as the local station airs it. Unfortunately, the local broadcasters have a tendency to change their subchannels more often.

As jason stated, Verizon has no control over what your local stations air over their digital subschannels. Verizon is just retransmitting what they offer. You need to complain to the local station that is changing it, not Verizon.

I do not pay the local stations almost $400.00 a month. I pay Verizon.

As stated, Verizon has no control over what programs are carried by channel providers.
