It depends on your location, as TNS described, it is a digital subchannel that is carried by one of your local stations (it's not a stand alone cable channel like an FX, TBS, etc.). Not every region is going to have it.  In the Philly area, VHO8, ME-TV is on channel 2/502, but that is only for the Philly area.
