I recently noticed that one of my shows wouldn't be recording because I had two recordings at the same time and a third recording starting right after. Because I have them set to record 1 minute before and after the show the third show ended up getting cancelled.
Is there any way to clip the third show based off of priority so that the show is not completely cancelled. This is something tivo has but not sure if there is an option in the fios dvr.

No there isn't, however you can use the "manual recording" mode to set any times you like.
Ok thanks, I was hoping there was some sort of automated process. I always hate sitting down ready to watch my show and finding out that it didn't record because of a conflict.
Maybe the DVR can message me if there is some sort of conflict so I can fix it on the fly. I don't always remember to check my schedule for conflicts.
