I have been having an issue with the favorites since the recent User Interface update, prior to that I had not been having a problem.
Equipment:
FIOS Quantum TV with Media Server and 3 Media Clients - the problem/issue exists on all boxes
The issue is as follows:
I have set up my favorites and have verified that they are accurate in the setup menu.
When I am watching live tv and press the favorites button on the controller the entire guide opens
When I am watching the DVR and press the favorites button the favorite channels open
When I use the Verizon app or go to the website the favorites are correct
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have tried a couple of solutions including:
- resetting the media server, clearing the favorites and recreating them
- enabling and disabling the last guide status option in the set up menu
neither have resolved the issue...
Not a major problem, but just an inconvenience and annoyance that I would like to resolve.
