Rather than responding to multiple peoples threads, thought I would put it here:
1) You must have Quantum hardware (VMS1100) at least. Supposedly all levels work (DVR, Enhanced, Premium). If you have a 72XX or 6416 model DVR it doesn't work.
2) It has been reported that you have to start app on your home network. To ensure you are on your home network, see if you can use remote control function to control STB. If so, you are on home network. If not, need to move to home network.
3) If you meet 1&2 and it still doesn't work, report issue via app under help menu. Support will investigate. I had an issue where they said my account didn't show Quantum service even though I had it. Working with support to get the issue corrected.
