Japanese language programming

Which channels on fios have Japanese language programming?  We were able to watch NHK, but the shows have discontinued.  Any advice on which channels have Japanese language news?

They do have a foreign package, but its probably too expensive.  I believe NHK is still in it (being a Frontier user I cannot check)

Some areas of the country may still have a local Japanese language channel.
