Great news!!! The Golf Channel launched today, so FiOS TV subs in qualified TV packages can watch Golf Channel live and On Demand, right from the My Verizon site, in time for the conclusion of the WGC-Cadillac Championship!

That's a great addition, however the final two rounds at Doral are covered jointly by Golf Channel and NBC. Golf Channel gets the early slots on Saturday and Sunday, but the actual conclusion will occur on NBC only late Sunday afternoon. Still though, glad to have it. WIll it be accessible through the iPad and Xbox apps as well?
