I subscribed to NBA League Pass on TV and it said that if you do that you can also have access to the Mobile and Broadband League Pass. I am trying to activate the account and for some reason that they are saying that I am not subscribed to it when it is working now on my TV. I need help setting this up. Thank you.

I'm running into the same issue.  When I signed up last year, the broadband (on my computer) and mobile access (on my IPhone and iPad) worked immediately.  Now after my subscription was automatically renewed this year by Verizon, I can't access broadband or mobile and am getting the message that my account does not include that subscription.
