I've been reading some of the messages with respect to League Pass order errors and have found that it is quite common. I was surprised to see my bill in January showing a 1st payment installment charge for NHL League Pass. I dont even watch hockey. I promptly called verizon to get a credit. They claimed that they could not do anything because it was ordered from a remote. I insisted that I did not order it. They refused to consider the possibility that it was accidentally ordered or there could have been a system error. When one considers the fact that the remote can activate the STB without the TV being on and programs and services can be ordered without entering a pin; this is highly possible. I have formally disputed the charges and I have no intention of paying for a service I did not order or use. If they discontinue my services I will have no choice but to switch my phone/internet/TV. So much for Verizon valuing their customers; especially one who used them for years. They did not even seem to care and were adamant about not reversing the charges.
