Local Origination / public access

Hello, I am interested in putting a show on the local origination . public access channel. How do I go about doing that?

You will need to contact the local Public Access TV station you want to put it on.    The following link may help you find the contact information.

I'm just wondering how Verizon does not know specifically who I should contact. The info given to me said I need to contact my local Adelphia cable office, guess what they went out of business like 10 years ago.
