I've corresponded with Technical Support previously, but this has not been corrected in So. Calif., so sharing with everyone here to see if others are having the same issue:
KVEA does broadcast over the air in HD (in 1080i - can pick it up with antenna), but the Verizon Fios channel 510 KVEA is NOT that HD signal -- it is KVEA's SD signal (480i). In other words, they are passing along the wrong KVEA channel at the control center.
This wouldn't be a major issue to me, except it hangs up our TV when we channel change (from 509 to 511).
Anyone else notice this? I've considered just setting Favorites to eliminate the channel altogether, except the process to do it manually is too cumbersome.
Thanks for the read.
