Now I admit I have never liked Fios and never wanted to come over, but had to because of cost. I have not been happy with TV or slow internet since the beginning. So I will admit to already being cranky. But this is getting rediculous. I do not have an HD TV. I have the limited package, but come on. You are taking the few channels I do watch away. I just found out I lost the Military channel. It says it's only available with HD packages. I am stuck in this 2 year contract. I have read that other's are losing channels in higher end packages too. If you are making us stay this long than the package should not be able to change. As I see it, what you are doing is wrong, Luckily I will be able to get out in couple months. Freedom!
These are peer to peer forums. You arent talking directly to Verizon here.
Channel changes happen with every provider. Most changes are due to cost of carrying the channel or contracts the networks have with the providers.
