Lost FXX Upon Upgrade

In our home, we are upgrading from our HD box to the new Quantum DVR. Yesterday, I disconnected our HD box and set up the new DVR. Upon setting up the new box, we lost FXX. We had PrimeHD and did not change that. When I ask customer service over the phone why we lost FXX, I get murky answers that lead me to having to upgrade to an extreme package, even though we had it in our previous package. Any idea why FXX would disappear?

Are you sure you were even supposed to have FXX before? I don't know of any markets where FXX is part of Prime HD (now preffered) only FX. Upgrading equipment doesnt change what channels you should have as a part of your package. 

Sounds like you had it by mistake.

Check the channel lineup for your area. If FXX isnt in Prime then sure enough you werent supposed to have it before. This happened to me before on Prime. I had Nat Geo Wild when I shouldnt have. The mistake was eventually caught though and removed.
