Lost VOD

I had carpet installed in my study where all of my connections were.  I thought I had connected correctly, but I have no VOD.  TV and internet work fine.

I was an early adopter so I have a DLink router and a black motorola box of some sort that I received when I went with the TV.

Any help on the wiring of this?  I only removed the CAT5 from the wall and the coax fromthe black boox. I am not sure which one to return it too.  cable in or cable out.  neither seem to work getting my VOD back.

Actually, I checked the bedroom (same hd dvr) and it works. The VOD doesn't work on only one set top.  It tells me the bock cannot connect to the server at this time.

ideas?
