Since MASN2 (001 & 501) went live, I have been unable to get accurate (or any) programming info on my Tivo. This causes me to miss the ability to record programming (ie.Oriole games.) It appears that Tivo gets their guide data from zaptoit (Tribune.) Had a discussion with a Tvo rep and he advised that per Tribune, VZ has listed these channels as "local origination." I've opened a ticket w/ ZaptoIt and am waiting for a response.
Is there any way to resolve this from the VZ side? When CSN+ carries part time coverage (Wizard games) the program guide data appears accurately for that channel so not sure why MASN2 can't be treated the same. This is very frustating.
Zap2it is pretty good about looking into issues like this, and they have always corrected them when I've reported them. Fortunately where I live channels 1 and 501 are MASN2 only (ESPNEWS when there's no live game), so we don't have to deal with FiOS1 having to switch the feeds. In your area, zap2it just needs to get programming info instead of the blanket label of "local origination". This could very well be an easy fix since FiOS1 has their listings available at www.fios1news.com/WashingtonDC_Schedule.php
