MLB channel tiling and freeing for 4 days

My MLB network channel has been tiling and freezing for 4 days! Tech support had me check inside and outside connections to no avail. Tech support said he cannot dispatch a technician because this is an area wide problem, yet when I go on line Verizon says there are no reported outages in my area.
