MLS Direct Kick on Fios in HD

Does anyone have the MLS direct kick package on Fios? If so, do you get games on 1489 in HD? I tried to watch the Houston game vs. Chicago last night in HD and it was nothing but a blank screen. Same thing happened last week for whatever game was on that channel. After an 1 1/2 on the phone with support, they told me that well if the game isn't sent in HD by the provider it won't show. I don't think that is the case. Does it work for anyone else? Thanks

I'm sorry for the problem that you were having with that channel. If there was weak signal for that channel you would get tiling, or if its severe enough you would get an error message saying "This channel is currently unavailable".
