MPT 2 Create -no video

Ever since  MPT 2 changed to channel 478, we no longer get the video - just audio. Is there anyway I can get the video back?

Is that the only channel?

Other 400 channels are ok?

Have you tried to powder reset the box?

We have the same prolem with MTP2create.

I have powered cycled the STB.

All of the other channels (that we subscribe to) have audio and video.

MTP2create (channel 478) has audio okay but just a blank screen -- no video.

Is it because it is now an UHD  pictorial scheme channel?
