MRDVR HD Local HD channels not working and too many STB on account

Title pretty much covers it. I haven't had FIOS very long but cannot get reception for a couple local channels in HD. I contacted customer support twice went through the 50 different ways of resetting the box and still get no reception on a couple channels. It actually started with CBS but now I can't get reception on CBS, PBS, or FOX HD. I also noticed there is an extra STB listed on my online account not sure if that is messing things up (or worse I am getting charged for an extra box that doesn't exist)
