Manual recording issue has returned after a long absense

Months ago, DVR programming from the internet would randomly result in programs on the DVR showing "manual recording", and no info besides channel, date, and time. This problem was not user correctible but Verizon did eventually fix it. It has returned, possibly starting around 12/18, and no use of IHA resets, unplugging the DVR, or killing and restarting browser sessions seems to correct the issue.
