Many channels show unsubscribed with new Fios One stb

Trying to change over to Fios One from CMS1100. New box only. shows basic channels. Others, e.g., HGTV, CNN, ESPN etc show as not subscribed. Tech did not have an answer. I changed back to the VMS1100 and all worked again. What am I missing?

Sounds like the new box authorization didn't work correctly. You should contact billing and have them re-authorize your account, then get tech support to re-authorize your box. You could also try a factory reset on the box in menu>customer support>top support tools>fix Fios TV issues.
