One of the features I enjoyed on comcast was the ability to switch the rows and column for the media guide. Thus the channel was at the top of a column and the times were listed in the rows. This was handy to see what wouyld be on in 5 hours without scrolling sideways across the times. Thanks

Are you on the new 1.9 level of the IMG yet? If so, you can set something like that. You can set two Guides to be your "defaults" (there are four choices for each setting):
Preferred Guide - what you see when you hit the Guide button
Secondary Guide Preference: what you see when you hit the Guide button again
I have my Guide settings as:
Preferred Guide: Full Guide (channels vertical and times horizontal)
Secondary Guide Preference: Channel Guide (channels horizontal and time vertical for only the selected channel, left and right arrows scroll channels, up and down arrows scroll time, channel up and down jump time in bigger steps).
Does that sound like what you are looking for?
