Verizon Media Manager is not installing correctly on my macbook.
My apple OS version is 10.6.2. The requirements for Verizon Media Manager is OS 1O.4 - 10.5.7. http://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/UnProtected/MediaManager.aspx
Help. How can we get Verizon to update their media manager software to support the latest OS version?

shocklizzard,
I'm sorry that there was previously no support for Snow Leopard. However, the latest version of MM for Mac (v1.1) includes support for that OS.
Make sure you uninstall the previous version (if you haven't already) first.
Keep us posted with your progress!!!
Regards,
Chris

Awesome, worked for me too. I was very bummed when MM wasn't working with snow Leopard. I use MM every weekend to stream music through my house. Not a perfect app by any stretch, but if it works on your set-up it is a pretty cool/cheap way to share media.
