I would like to know why after about 15 minutes when I am viewing photos and or listening to music the background switches to live tv (audio & video) the pictures still play but the music stops and the black background switches to live tv?? What is the solution ???

We are sorry to hear that you are having a problem.  Start with checking to see if your screensaver or power management features are turned on within your PC.  Let us know if this resolves your issue.

Screensaver is onpower settings on- still having the same problem--what is I delete media manager and re install??
