I am attemptiong to watch a rented movie on my laptop but I get this message
Media Playback failed. Most possible reasons for this may be one of the following :
We could not communicate to Microsoft servers due to network connectivity issue.
Selected media is no longer available for online viewing.
You have already utilized maximum number of licenses your account is provisioned for.
Hardware in your PC is unable to support media streaming.
You have disabled Digital rights management component in your PC.
Try refreshing the page or Sign in again and play the video.
I checked all of those things to no avail. I just purchased the movie and got this message. I have downloaded and installed siverlight and tried using different browsers. This is the furthest I got (using Safari) please help!

I'm having the same problem. I have a feeling we're not the only ones experiencing this issue. The only reason I am trying to stream to my laptop is because the on demand on my set top box always drops out. Come on Verizon, get it together!!!
