Any with the issue - no matter the time of day - all 3 reboot after watching any channel for more than 15 minutes......at this point we are wasting money with Verizon.
Case in point.....called customer service yesterday - 081020 at 3pm.....was on hold until 5:05 pm.......where is the leadership in the customer service unit that prevents 2 hours holds????
I can never get in touch with someone and the chat feature is so rudamentaty - all that happens is that you are passed to someone else.
Anyone have better luck with Cox Communications?

Calling in is the LEAST likely way to get help and the most frustrating.
Here is the preferred list of ways to contact Verizon:
1. @VerizonSupport via Twitter (this is the same team that handles vzdirect on dslreports.com)
2. Fios Facebook page
3. Chat
4. Community (once the customer has exhausted the other 3 options, the moderators will escalate it internally to @VerizonSupport)
5. dslreports.com or YouTube
6. 800 number should always be the last resort
The @VerizonSupport is the very best way to get immediate assistance and they handle it all (tech support, billing, customer complaints, etc.)
Does the main box reboot at the same time as the mini's? Have you checked the router to see if it's loosing it's internet connection when this happens? Have you tried powercycling the router? Have you checked all the coax connections in the system? When the boxes reboot are they loosing power, or their video signal?
