Mirroring picture on 2 TV's with 1 box

I currently have 2 TV's about 15 feet apart. I had them hooked up to the same fios box, mirroring the same picture. I had the main tv hooked up with hdmi and the other Tv hooked up with component cables. I hadn't used it in awhile and had the fios box unhooked for a couple months. Well I'm hooking it back up and now the picture will not show up on both TV's at the same time. HDMI will work on the main tv or component will work on the other tv if the hdmi is unhooked. But I cannot get them to work at the same time anymore. Any ideas?!
