Season 2, episode 12 of 12 Monkeys is missing On Demand in zip code 21044 though it aired over a week ago.
These events occur frequently on shows from many networks (and sometimes the episode is present but mislabeled). Often, these events appear to be errors of oversight rather than deliberate decisions by the network because they break the recent pattern of episode posting for the show. Perhaps Verizon could bring these apparent oversights to the attention of the content providers because Verizon, not the customer, has the appropriate contact information and contractual relationship with the content providers.
