I just had FiOS installed. I am trying to have my mobile phone access for remote TV use. I have Norton 360. I turned off my firewalls and I stall can not access the mobile app online. Window pops up saying my security settings will not allow this app to load on my computer. What else can I do?

Which app are you looking to use and which model phone do you have? Normally you would download apps directly from the phone.
