My STB has DVR and DVR1. All recordings made on DVR1 are copied to DVR. How do I stop that?

Not sure what you mean by that?
Do you have 2 DVRs and are seeing recordings on both of them from a 3rd box?
What model DVR/STBs do you have?
If you have old style DVRs, then yes recordings can be set up on either.
it is possible to record the same show on both at the same time as they have independant tuners.
One of the advantages of Quantum is you have up to 6 tuners in one place.
