I have had the 7232-2 DVR and two HD set-top boxes for almost a year. I never had any particular problems with multi-room DVR playback until recently. In the last week, we now get the "Unable to Locate Hub" message every 5-10 minutes when attempting to watch a recorded show. When we press "OK" the DVR exits playback without remembering a "resume" point. Very frustrating.
I've cycled power on my router and all DVR's multiple times. Nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?
All STB's are running 1.9
Instead of simply rebooting the box, try an autofix on both the remote boxes and the DVR box. To do this, press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. Please let us know if further assistance is required.
