My DVR is recording different shows than what I've selected

This mostly happens with CNN shows but has happened with NBC shows too.   I select the Fahreed Zahkaria show but what it records is Jake Tapper.  I submitted a ticket through the iPhone Fios app on 8/24 but so far no replies.  The ticket is '{edited for privacy} - Wrong shows are being recorded'.  This makes the DVR worthless.

Are the shows being recorded off by an hour from what you want to record?

If so, is the time on your DVR correct?

Have you tried rebooting DVR?

Have you tried menu support options to correct dvr issues?

What model DVR do you have?
