The channels 103 ,100 and the rest of the channels are OK,After 15 minutes,the channels goes out,I can only get Local channels from 1 to 49.I unplug the power from the top box and I plug it back in again.When the time shows,I press menu,and the rest of the channels is ok.When the channel stops and go out Channel 103 Msbnc is not subscribed Channel 100 CNN is not subscribed.Troubleshooting Press B
Do you have more than one STB? If so, can you swap boxes? Does the problem follow the STB or stay with the location?
