Good luck with that.  We had a load of requests on its own thread a few years back and still nothing.

The only thing you can do is go to the Share your Ideas page, find the channel request idea and add your request.  Don't hold your breath waiting for it to be added to the lineup.

Just goto the NASA website and hook up your computer.  NASA HD TV looks good and you don't even need TV service to view it.

There's also a link on the NASA website to watch the channel on Ustream. Excellent quality on this, you can get "best" stream with a good speed from FiOS.
