NEW FIOS ONE PAUSING ISSUE

Have the new FIOS ONE boxes and whenever you pause a program on one TV it is pausing all the TV's in the house who are watching the same channel and the other TV"S then get locked up.  It is quite annoying especially with the money the we pay Verizon.  I called tech support and they said it shouldn't do that it is only supposed to pause the TV/box that is in that room not any of the others.  That was the only thing they said so tech support was totally useless.  Has anyone experienced this issue and if so has it been resolved?   The boxes have way too many bugs and tech support did say they have already issues updates to the boxes.
