I ordered NFL Red Zone at 12:34 today. They stated it would be available within 15 minutes. Can anyone explain to me why I still am watching a blan screen an hour and ten minutes later? It then states any issues call the 888 number. Well guess what - they are closed on Sundays............You would think paying 150+ a month for service you would actually GET service.........people warned me about Verizon and their poor customer service. Now that I have experienced it.....come November when my forced 12 month agreement is up come rip this equipment out of my house because you guys SUCK

Did you try reseting the box -- pull the power cord, leave unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it in again? Maybe it just needs to phone home somehow and pick up the change.
