NHK programming off by 1 hour (3rd year in a row!)

At least the guide people are consistent.  Yet again this year, they failed

to take into account that the international channels (like NHK) to not

follow daylight savings time.  Yet again this year I'm forced to get the

accurate schedule off the NHK web site and relegate my $16/mo DVR

to an expensive clock.
