NO HBO, POOR INTERNET ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HOUR

I literally just had fios installed today. I was promised free HBO for one year - I do not have access to HBO. Wifi drops off on my iphone and service is slow. There is seemingly no way to set up my verizon email account. Called customer service and have been on the phone for an hours and 10 mins!!!

Verizon is in the late stages of moving all their email customers to their AOL subsidary.  At this point you should probably just go to AOL and create an email there if you want one from "Verizon".
