I just had fios triple play installed yesterday.

Everthing worked fine when service man left.

At about 3 a.m. i was watching Invictus on HBO on demand.

All of a sudden I lost all serive to VOD. I lost free,premium and all other VOD that I am subscribed too.

What happened Im in my second day day now I cant get VOD at all.

you may have gotten the new software update (bad timing i guess)  they usually do it early morning.

So you may want to power cycle your box, and try VOD again.

go to menu > help or customer support > verizon in home agent > STB auto correction or Reboot STB

After a couple of days of not being able to view VOD HD, I reset my STB again this morning and it worked this time.
