NY Sports Channels Available in South/Central Jersey???

Are SNY, YES and MSG available in Trenton?  In the past with DirectTV I would get the mets, yankees and knicks channels but the games would be blacked out when they began.  Does anyone in south jersey (specifically the hamilton, ewing, trenton area) get the mets, yankees, rangers, knicks etc. games?  And if so are these games available in HD? And do you have to order a higher TV package than just the basic to get these channels?  Thanks in advance to anyone with any info.
