National Geographic channels all have low volume?

About a day ago, both channels (621, 632 HD and  121 , 132 SD) are having issues with volume. All channels on the tv at around volume level 10 are perfect. These 4 channels need to be taken to around 30 volume to even almost hear it.  I am in Maryland outside (21061 area code). Anyone else having these issues? Started yesterday I believe. It is my mom’s fav channel.
