Need downed wires properly re-attached to house and I cannot get through

I have been on hold for over 43 minutes. During today’s storm, the one screw (really) holding my Fios and phone line came out of my siding and was laying on the road. My local PD was kind enough to hold a 40 foot ladder as i climbed up and re-fastened the screw into the house and pulled the lines up. Not for nothing, but I am single mom and did not really want to do this - cutting the cable was the other option as it was on the road. 45 min to request Verizon come out tomorrow and do properly what I struggled to do in the snow at 7 pm by flashlight. Your music is horrid and you do not answer. PLEASE ADVISE - I NEED SOMEONE OUT TOMORROW TO FIX THE WORES BEFORE THEY RIP OUT AGAIN - one screw?!!! Really? For the cost of my FIOS, I deserve several screws and a cool fastener that won’t pull out with the weight of spring snow. SOMEONE AT VERIZON PLEASE CALL ME TOMORROW AM!!!
