Need help getting a channel fixed for a college game on saturday

I live in Arlington County, VA and have the Extreme HD plan with FiOS.  My alma mater is playing a game this saturday that will be aired on FamilyNet (ch. 242).  The channel line up says that in my location with my plan I have access to this channel, however when I try to watch it, it doesn't work.  How can I get this fixed by Saturday? depends on what it says when you turn to that channel. We need a little more info.

The channel doesn't say anything, when i enter 242 it automatically changes to 241, like the channel doesnt exist. I contacted support, so far i havent heard anything.

Does it show up in the program guide? Just looked here in DE - it's in the guide - went to it, and the channel came up.

Just checked my guide and the channel works in Portland OR. I also have the Extreme HD plan. Sounds like it is a Fios support issue.
