NetFlix on FIOS channel 838

Lately when watching NetFlix on FIOS channel 838, the STB (IPC) starts the reboot process and I have to wait for the cycle to complete before watching TV. This happens randomly while watching NetFlix on channel 838 when switching programs, rewinding, fast forwarding, etc. What is going on here?

Does it happen on all you TVs? Do you have an IPC in another room to swap it out with? If so try swapping them an see if it happens still in that room. If not then the IPC is probably bad.

It seems to be happening on all the IPC boxes. Havent tried with the main DVR box.
