Never recieved my 50% HBO

I am looking for ways to lower my mothly bill and the agent said he could do 50% off my HBO charge.  Sure enough the new bill came in with HBO at full price.  Why is it so difficult to work with VZ?  Is there an email adress to email problems instead of waiting on the phone for an hour to speak with someone who doesnt even do what he says.  Very fusterating.
