New DVR STB Fios app identifies as STB unit address

I replaced a DVR box that was named family room with a another and set it up also to be the name family room. The Fios app will only identify the new box as its STB unit address (long number). Deleted and reinstalled the app with the same results. The app will not show any DVR recordings, upcoming recordings, or allow you to set a new recording. This on a iPad mini and iPhone 11 on iOS 14.2. Any suggestions are appreciated.
