New MLB/NHL channels

I saw on another board that new GAME HD channels are starting to show up on channels 1466-1469. This is obviously being done in preparation for baseball season, but now hockey and baseball will have all nine HD feeds provided by iNDemand, the out of market sports provider.

This is very impressive, but still leaves several holes in HD sports channels. I would expect the remainder of TEAM HD channels to be added, but not until fall when the NBA starts again. Regionally, a few local HD sports channels are still lacking, including-

The Comcast Network HD in the Philadelphia region

MASN 2 HD in Delaware only

MSG+2 HD in the NYC region

Both MSG overflow channels in upstate NY (not sure if this even available since Time Warner Cable doesn't have them either)
