New Music Channel format is a disaster and a comparison to Xfinity

So now all the music channels are an app instead of actual channels. It suffers from the same slow response as all the other On Demand features. 

I guess they didn't expect users to be using the STB volume control for the new music app.  I run speakers from my STB. When you access music channels from the guide, it goes to an app so the STB volume control no longer works.  Music comes through at max volume, so now Music is basically not usable for me.

Just an observation...but my son has Xfinity at his apartment and it's lightyears ahead of FIOS in speed and features.  The voice control remote is fantastic.  FIOS On Demand menus are painfully slow. Xfinity menus are fast as he77.
